AR-CADE / Events

Everything for the thing
you’re doing together.

Bramble is a shared event board for the trip, party, reunion, tournament, wedding weekend, or group plan that has somehow scattered itself across six text threads, three screenshots, and somebody’s Notes app.

In development at AR-CADE.
The idea

One event.
One shared place.

The organizer creates the board and chooses what the event needs. Everyone else gets one place to see the plan, respond, claim things, and keep up with changes.

01 CREATEStart the event

Add the name, cover, essentials, schedule, lodging, links, contacts, and whatever else this particular plan needs.

02 CHOOSEBuild the board

Turn on only the tiles that matter, then arrange them in the order that makes sense for the group.

03 SHAREBring people in

Bramble is designed so guests can participate from a shared link without needing to install the app.

04 UPDATEKeep one source of truth

Plans, responses, claims, polls, packing, and practical details stay attached to the event instead of vanishing into chat history.

What lives on a board

The useful stuff.
All in one place.

Bramble is built around flexible event tiles, so a girls’ weekend does not have to behave like a team tournament, and a family reunion does not have to pretend it is a conference.

✓

Who’s In

See who is coming and keep attendance tied to the event instead of buried in replies.

◷

Schedule

Keep the itinerary where everyone can find it when “What time was dinner again?” arrives.

✦

Dibs

Let people claim what they are bringing, add their own contribution, and change it later if plans shift.

↗

Keep Handy

Put maps, reservations, booking links, and the links people actually need somewhere obvious.

▣

Gear & Packing

Coordinate shirts, hoodies, equipment, packing lists, and other event-specific essentials.

Polls, FAQ & Contacts

Answer repeat questions, collect group decisions, and make the right contact easy to reach.

The Bramble rule

The group chat can keep the jokes. Bramble keeps the plan.
