Terms of Use.

The short version: Photo Time Machine is a tool for organizing, cataloging, archiving, searching, and reviewing your media. You remain in control of your files, accounts, storage, and cleanup decisions.

1. Using Photo Time Machine

You may use Photo Time Machine to work with media and storage locations you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the photos, videos, files, folders, cloud accounts, and storage destinations you choose to use with the app.

2. Keep appropriate backups

Photo Time Machine includes verification and safety checks, but no software, storage device, operating system, network, or cloud service can guarantee that data will never be lost or changed. Maintain appropriate backups of important or irreplaceable media.

3. Cleanup decisions

Photo Time Machine is intentionally review-driven. You are responsible for confirming cleanup and deletion choices. The app is designed to block or delay destructive actions when required safety checks do not pass, but you should still review selections before approving deletion.

4. Third-party services

Apple Photos, iCloud, Dropbox, the App Store, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms, account requirements, availability, and privacy practices. AR-CADE does not control those services.

5. Purchases

Any in-app purchase offered by Photo Time Machine is processed by Apple and is subject to applicable App Store terms. Availability, pricing, taxes, refunds, and restoration behavior may also be affected by Apple policies and your App Store account.

6. Software changes

Features, supported sources, system requirements, and workflows may change as Photo Time Machine evolves. Updates may be required for compatibility, security, reliability, or platform requirements.

7. Availability

Photo Time Machine may be temporarily unavailable or unable to complete an operation because of operating-system behavior, permissions, network conditions, storage availability, third-party service outages, or other technical limitations.

8. Apple license terms

Unless a custom end-user license agreement is presented for the app, use of an App Store version is also subject to Apple's applicable standard licensed application end-user license agreement and App Store terms.
