Something acting weird?
Tell us what happened. For anything involving originals, archives, or cleanup, keep the affected media where it is until you know what went wrong.
Questions, bug reports, feedback, and feature requests are welcome here.
What to include
- your Photo Time Machine version and build number from Help & About;
- the screen or workflow you were using;
- what you expected to happen;
- what happened instead;
- the wording of any error message;
- for Dropbox issues, the relevant folder path when possible.
For photo or archive problems
Do not delete, move, rename, or replace the affected originals while troubleshooting. If the issue involves an Apple Photos item, note whether that item is still visible in Apple Photos. If it involves an archive copy, note where the archive was expected to be.
Purchase help
Purchases and restorations are processed through Apple's StoreKit system. Use Restore Purchase inside Photo Time Machine first. If the app still does not recognize an eligible purchase, contact support with your app version and a description of what you see. Do not email payment-card information.
Privacy or legal questions
You may use the same support address for privacy or legal questions. Put “Privacy” or “Legal” in the subject line so the message is easy to route.
